RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Lectra purchase. If something is not working out, here is how returns and refunds work.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

WHAT IS RETURNABLE

- Myto pods, wireless charging cases, and unopened CytoTape rolls can be returned if unused and in their original packaging with all included components.
- Bundles can be returned as a complete set. Partial bundle returns are not accepted.

WHAT IS NOT RETURNABLE

- Opened CytoTape rolls cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. CytoTape is a skin-contact product, and once the packaging is opened, it cannot be resold.
- Items damaged through misuse, modification, or normal wear.
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email returns@lectra.tech with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover return shipping.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lectra.tech with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

WARRANTY

Myto pods and wireless charging cases are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. See our warranty policy for details.

RESERVATIONS (PRE-ORDERS)

Lectra is currently accepting reservations for our forthcoming device, which is pending FDA 510(k) clearance. You may cancel your reservation and receive a 100% refund at any time before your order is shipped. Email support@lectra.tech with your order number to cancel. Reservation refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If FDA clearance is not obtained or is materially delayed, you will be notified and offered a full refund.
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first at support@lectra.tech with your order number. We resolve the vast majority of issues within 48 hours. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. By placing an order, you agree to provide Lectra a reasonable opportunity to resolve any concern before initiating a payment dispute through your card issuer.
