SHIPPING POLICY

Lectra is currently in pre-launch / waitlist mode. Our device is pending FDA 510(k) clearance, and reservations placed today will not ship until clearance is obtained. The terms below describe how shipping will work once we begin fulfilling orders.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We ship within the United States via standard carriers (USPS and UPS). Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2 to 3 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier conditions and destination.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

PRE-ORDERS

Some products are available for pre-order prior to shipping. Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Pre-order ship dates are estimates and may change. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available at a later date.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Lectra Technologies Inc. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@lectra.tech and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

All Lectra device shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. The carrier will leave a notice and reattempt delivery per their standard schedule if no one is available to sign. Packages held at carrier facilities beyond the carrier's holding period may be returned to us; reshipment in such cases is at the customer's expense.

DEFINITION OF DELIVERED

An order is considered delivered when the carrier records a delivery scan at the address provided at checkout, or when the carrier obtains a delivery signature. Lectra Technologies Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after the carrier's confirmed delivery scan or signature.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Reshipment of orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer will be charged at standard shipping rates. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
